Great Southern Nights events in 2025 are taking place across New South Wales in places such as Broken Hill, Byron Bay, the Central Coast, Orange, Newcastle, Tamworth, Tilba, Sydney and Wollongong.
Applications have now closed for Great Southern Nights 2025.
We encourage you to talk directly to your local venues about their intention to host a Great Southern Nights' event and how you can be involved.
The model for Great Southern Nights has been developed to allow flexibility to rotate programming across other NSW music communities in future years. This ensures live music fans in different NSW regions have access to the Nation’s best artists, and local businesses can also benefit from increased visitation.
